Head still completely clogged. Set up the CPAP in the living room and slept sitting up, which worked better. Probably got an hour more sleep than the previous night, but still no great shakes.

Just had to get up out of bed after clawing the CPAP mask off and gasping for breath. Sprayed oxymetazoline up my nose and am sitting, trying to calm down (being unable to breathe is panicky) and get my nose cleared up before trying to lie down again.
